Actress Amber Tamblyn, who rose to prominence for her roles in the shows “General Hospital” and “Joan of Arcadia,” has sold her ocean-view town home in Venice for $1.39 million.
The home sits a few blocks from the beach and has 1,478 square feet of living space on three levels, plus two balconies and a rooftop deck.
Highlights include hardwood floors, skylights and sliding glass doors that brighten the living spaces. The living room, which features built-ins and a fireplace, opens up to a balcony. Updates to the kitchen include stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.
The master suite has a brick fireplace and an updated bathroom for a total of two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Tamblyn bought the town home more than a decade ago for $1.175 million, according to public records.
Michelle Schwartz of the Agency held the listing. Tami Pardee of Halton Pardee and Partners represented the buyer.
During her two decades in the industry, Tamblyn, 34, has racked up a variety of television and film credits, including “House,” “Two and a Half Men,” and “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.”
She’s set to appear in the upcoming Mark Pellington film “Nostalgia” alongside Jon Hamm and Nick Offerman.
