Damien Dante Wayans is changing it up in the Hollywood Hills. The actor-writer-producer has new real estate agents, a new for-sale price and also is offering his Hollywood Hills house for long-term lease at $12,500 a month.
He had listed the home for sale this year at $2.2 million and recently put it back on the market at $1.849 million.
A stellar swimming pool and spa look out on the surrounding hillsides while the late-70s Mediterranean takes in valley and cityscape views. Distressed wood floors, wrought-iron work, high ceilings and interior arches are among architectural details.
The family room features a wet bar, a fireplace and French doors that open to a balcony. The 3,617 square feet of designer-done interiors also contain an office, a formal dining room, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

He bought the property in 2005 for $1.35 million.
Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates and Stephanie Solomon Browne of Pacific Home Brokers are the listing agents.
