Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit lists 1920s house with Spanish details in Hollywood Hills
- Share via
Fred Durst, who gained fame as a vocalist with the nu metal band Limp Bizkit, has a Hollywood Hills house on the market at $1.645 million.
The 1920s Spanish-style home centers on a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and vintage tiles. Original details remain throughout the 3,055 square feet of living space, which features wood-beam ceilings, colorful tile and archways.
The two-story jewel box contains a step-down living room, a sunroom, a dining room, a wine cellar, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The breakfast area opens to a terrace. It’s quite a peaceful place for someone known for his in-your-face style and music that’s meant to be blasted.

Durst, 44, also keeps busy as a filmmaker, producer, actor and director. He bought the house last year for $1.5 million, so we figure he’s not branching out to home flipping.
Leyla Blumenfeld of Teles Properties is the listing agent.
