Prolific film and television producer and director Rupert Hitzig has listed a home for sale in Mar Vista at $2.195 million.
At 107 years old, the Craftsman-style house maintains its vintage vibe even with modern updates throughout its 2,191 square feet of living space.
A fireplace with an adjacent built-in bookcase, a hallway sitting nook and built-in desk space are among the classic details. A sun porch is adjacent to the living room.
Off the kitchen, which features exposed beams and brick, sits a mudroom. French doors in the living room open to a deck. There are balconies off the master suite and another bedroom. Skylights bring sunshine into the upstairs bathrooms.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is set on a lot in excess of 10,000 square feet, with gardens, a lawn and mature trees.
