London rapper and mixed martial arts fighter Mams Taylor has listed his Beverly Hills home for sale at $9,995,000.
The 14,000-square-foot Mediterranean has five bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms. Built in 2006, the villa has hardwood and marble floors and a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances and a separate breakfast nook. The master suite has a sitting area, fireplace and a private balcony. There are game and media rooms and underground parking for at least six cars. The home has an infinity pool, a spa and panoramic city-to-ocean views. It is also for lease at $55,000 a month.
Taylor is a rapper whose music career includes collaborations with Snoop Dogg, the Game, Robbie Williams and Good Charlotte. His debut album was “Persona Non Grata.”
