San Diego ZIP codes with the biggest home price increases
Last year was a big year for homeowners as the median home price in San Diego County hit new price peaks. The market was led by resale homes as the number of new homes constructed continued to be below historic averages. It wasn’t just the region’s ocean communities that saw big jumps, but inland areas where homes are less expensive. Data is based on communities with at least 20 sales and is provided by CoreLogic.
