Kenley Jansen expected to be available to pitch Sunday after son’s birth

Kenley Jansen became the father of a newborn boy Sunday morning, but is nonetheless expected to be available to pitch in the Dodgers’ series finale against the Cincinnati Reds.
Jansen’s son, Kaden Isaiah Jansen, was born at 9:58 a.m. The boy weighed 8 pounds, and 9 ounces.
Jansen was already the father of a 2-year-old girl.
Jansen, 27, has blown only one of his 24 save opportunities this season. He has an earned-run average of 2.59.
He converted his most recent save on Friday, when he pitched a perfect ninth inning against the Reds.
