Are coaches too hard on students?

The Atlantic magazine ran a story last year entitled, “The Real Bullies at School. Teachers are vilified for being too hard on students, so why aren’t coaches held to the same standard?”
It’s no surprise about the topic of discussion, because there’s a continuing debate in the high school sports world about the wisdom of screaming at athletes, use of profanity and how tough coaches should be.
