Football: Narbonne is getting new sod for its field

Narbonne would prefer an all-weather turf football field but a nice grass field isn’t too bad.
Work has begun on removing the grass from the field for the two-time defending CIty Section Division I champions.
Instead of planting grass, sod will be placed on the field probably starting next week.
“I love the grass,” Coach Manuel Douglas said.
