NFL draft prospects linked to Dolphins in mock drafts
The Bears struggled to protect Jay Cutler, who was sacked just 29 times last season, but was consistently harassed. Ronnie Stanley could immediate play one of the tackle spots, allowing Kyle Long or Bobbie Massie to move inside. Team needs: OT, DL, QB, RB

See who draft analysts have the Miami Dolphins taking with the 8th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft on April 28.
Todd McShay of ESPN in his Mock Draft 2.0 says, “At 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, Hargreaves has adequate size to go along with outstanding suddenness, body control and deep speed. He thrives in man-to-man coverage, and with CB Brent Grimes turning 33 this summer, Hargreaves would be a good fit in Miami.”

Chad Reuter of NFL.com says in his Mock Draft 1.0 says, “Miami struggled to get a consistent pass rush this season, averaging less than two sacks per game. Lawson can help in that respect, and could take Olivier Vernon’s spot if he leaves via free agency.”

Reggie Ragland has ideal size and strength to play inside in a 3-4 scheme. He plays downhill and should be a perfect complement to Khalil Mack, Bruce Irvin and Malcolm Smith. Team needs: CB, S, OL, LB

The entire right side of the Giants’ offensive line needs to be upgraded, and the linebacker unit needs a playmaker, but Ezekiel Elliott is the type of transformative player who can make the Giants a contender again, which could help Jerry Reese save his job. Team needs: OL, DL, LB, WR

The Ravens are in the market for starting defensive linemen, and DeForest Buckner is a perfect fit for a 3-4 scheme. He’s not a polished pass rusher, but he’ll be an effective edge-setter as a rookie. Team needs: OL, CB, LB, DE

Dane Brugler of NFLDraftScout.com in his latest Mock Draft says, “With Olivier Vernon set to hit free agency and Cameron Wake turning 34 years old last month, the Dolphins could be in the market for a pass rusher. No one knows how each team will view Spence’s off-field baggage, but on the field, he is worth a top 10 pick.”

The Colts need to fortify the offensive line to protect Andrew Luck better, but that can wait until the second day. Jaylon Smith is a difference maker if his knee makes a full recovery. The risk is worth the reward, especially for a defense that finished 26th in yards per game. Team needs: OL, OLB, S, RB

Pete Schrager of Fox Sports in his Mock Draft 2.0 says, “Jack is the Draft’s biggest wildcard. If his rehab from a torn ACL continues to progress -- as I’m told it will -- he’ll be a top-10 selection.”
