Your Scene: A protector in Portugal
In April, Adam Allegro spent four days vacationing in Portugal. With the help of a rental car, he visited eight cities and saw 12 castles.
Driving through Lisbon, the Agoura Hills resident stopped at the Tower of Belem, a 16th century structure built to defend the city.
“When I walked up to this tower, the sun was just beginning to set,” Allegro said. “After relaxing with a coffee and some snacks, I returned to this location and was greeted with this spectacular sight.” He used a Nikon D90.
Allegro is an avid photographer. He shares photos from his travels on his blog “Catch the Jiffy.”
