John H. Chang has been named executive vice president of Helionetics Inc. of Irvine, where he has served as acting executive vice president since January. Chang, 46, was a manager with TRW Inc. before joining Helionetics as a vice president in July, 1984. In addition, Roger H. Molvar, 29, was appointed vice president-chief financial officer of the defense contracting firm. Molvar, a certified public accountant, was previously with Arthur Anderson & Co. Reelected to Helionetics’ board were Wilson K. Talley, chairman; Michael M. Mann, president and chief executive; Larry Suelzle, senior vice president, and Franklin M. Desser, secretary and corporate counsel.
Don E. Wilson has been named senior vice president and senior credit officer of California City Bank in Orange. Wilson, 47, had been an executive vice president at Eldorado Bank in Tustin before taking over the newly created post at California City.
