Reagan Sees Panama Chief

WASHINGTON — President Reagan met briefly Monday with President Nicolas Ardito Barletta of Panama to discuss problems in Central America and U.S.-Panamanian relations, a White House spokesman said. Ardito Barletta is on a private visit to the United States.
