HOUSTON — Shell Oil Co. said its Shell Polymers & Catalysts Inc. unit has acquired a majority interest in privately held Morrison Molded Fiber Glass Co. of Bristol, Va.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
The company designs and builds I-beams, channels and tubing used in industrial applications.
