Your all-out editorial approval of the California Supreme Court’s reversal of death penalty sentences is almost as noxious as the reversals themselves. You editorial writers are simply yes men for Rose Bird and her band of black-robed buffoons.
When the California high court overturns over 95% of the death sentences, something is wrong with the court. California prosecuting attorneys aren’t so inept as a group that they consistently make significant errors in capital cases. The real problem is that the court is biased against them.
