A sheriff’s pursuit of a car with its headlights out ended in a crash with a RTD bus at the corner of Slauson Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard in Southwest Los Angeles in which 22 people were injured, none seriously. Nine people from the bus and the driver of the car being pursued were taken to nearby hospitals, while 12 others were treated at the scene for minor injuries, investigators said. The car driver, Anthony Wilson, 22, of Los Angeles, was treated for cuts and transferred to the jail ward of County-USC Medical Center, where he was held for investigation of various charges, deputies said.
