Pacific Lighting Leases Top Floor at Bullock’s Headquarters

Pacific Lighting Corp. has leased the top floor of Bullock’s headquarters office building at 800 S. Hope St.
Alan Aufhammer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, who represented Pacific Lighting, said that the 27,589-square-foot lease, valued at more than $2.3 million, included the last sizable space to be leased in the building.
Pacific Lighting’s Interstate Pipline division is scheduled to occupy the new space in April. The Julien J. Studley Co. cooperated in the transaction.
