Building Impact: Chapman College will hold a public meeting to discuss its plan to build a four-story, 92,000-square-foot classroom building and the impact it will have on the surrounding neighborhood at 7 p.m. April 14 in Bertea Hall, said Tom Beck, assistant to the college president. In February, the city’s Planning Commission voted to delay action on the proposed 67-foot Argyros Center and its 151-space parking lot until the college provides an environmental impact report.
