Hawker Pacific, the U.S. subsidiary of the Australia-based Hawker Siddeley Group, will pay an undisclosed amount for Flight Accessory, a unit of British-based Inchcape. Los Angeles-based Flight Accessory, which repairs landing gear and hydraulic systems for aircraft, had sales of $14.5 million last year.
