Control of the television broadcaster would be turned over to the Hollywood studios that are owed $225 million for TV programming and to its bondholders. They, in turn, would determine the executive leadership of the firm, which owns stations in Philadelphia, Chicago and Miami, under a new agreement between the Grant board and creditors. The firm entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in December.
