Scheduled for a grand opening in September, the 15-story, 285,000-square-foot Brinderson Towers I in Irvine is already more than 46% leased, according to Brinderson Real Estate Group.
The firm’s Dan Smith said that this is believed to be a record for multitenant high-rise office buildings in the John Wayne Airport area.
The $125-million project is a joint-venture development of Brinderson Ltd. and Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, a subsidiary of Equitable Financial Cos., and will include a second 13-story office building.
