Condos for Rent Project Under Way

Construction has begun on 400 units at La Mirage, a $130-million condominium-for-rent development at 6530 Reflection Drive, San Diego, above Jack Murphy stadium.
The first units are scheduled for completion in January and build-out is planned for 1992.
The project is being developed by Barnett-Range-Harbrecht, San Diego, along with the property owner, Regency Hill Associates, San Diego, an affiliate of the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., Philadelphia.
