A preliminary hearing is scheduled Monday morning for three suspects charged in the death of Ryoko Hanano. Robert Clarence Taylor, 26, of Sunset Beach; Norman James DeWitt, 33, of Cypress, and Nanette Scheid, 27, no address, allegedly went to the Hananos’ Anaheim home to purchase a black 1984 Corvette and shot Hanano and her husband, who survived. The three pleaded not guilty to murder, robbery and conspiracy charges.
