Laguna Niguel-Based Birtcher Named Developer of the Year by Trade Group : REAL ESTATE

Birtcher, the Laguna Niguel-based developer, has been named Developer of the Year by the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks.
The award will be presented in October at the trade association’s conference in San Francisco.
The Arlington, Va.-based trade association called Birtcher “one of the West Coast’s premier developers.”
The family company began 50 years ago as developers of tract homes. Today, it is one of the largest developers in the nation, with a portfolio of property valued at $3 billion.
