Holmes & Narver Names New VP, Special Assistant

Bruce R. Toro has joined Holmes & Narver Inc. as vice president and manager of corporate development. Toro was formerly director of marketing and business development at Greiner Engineering in Dallas.
In addition, Raymond L. Gaio has been appointed special assistant to the president. Before joining the Orange engineering and architectural firm, he was vice president and corporate programs director for architecture and planning at Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall.
