In the ongoing shake-up of management at MCA’s TV division, Barbara Fisher has been named president of MCA Television Entertainment, succeeding Tom Thayer, who earlier was appointed president of Universal Television. MTE is a unit of Universal Studios that produces made-for-cable TV series and movies. Bob Kelley was promoted to executive vice president from senior vice president of business affairs. In addition, Ned Nalle was named executive vice president of Universal Television.
