W. Michael Reynolds was elected chief executive of Otra Securities Group Inc., a Glendale company that provides securities brokerage and clearing services. He succeeds William Stratton, who remains Otra’s chairman and president.
Reynolds joined Otra in June, 1989, as executive vice president. He previously was president and chief executive of GI Industries, a waste-collection concern based in Simi Valley that has suffered major losses in recent years.
