TOKYO — Two right-wing protesters crashed their jeep into the Soviet Embassy’s gate Monday, slightly injuring a policeman guarding the embassy, police said. The protesters were arrested.
A police official said the protesters belong to a group that has demanded the return of the four Kuril islands seized from Japan by the Soviet Union at the end of World War II.
