Simi Valley Bank to Pay 25-Cent Dividend

The board of directors of Simi Valley Bank has declared a cash dividend of 25 cents per share on its outstanding common stock.
The dividend, to be paid April 15, will go to shareholders of record on April 5.
Bank President Tony Palmer said the dividend is based on the bank’s continued profitability during the first quarter of 1996. The company paid 50 cents in dividends in 1995.
