. . . California Angels owner Gene Autry said an office complex proposed for the Anaheim Stadium parking lot would be a “catastrophe.”
At hearings on a $100-million lawsuit he filed to stop the development, Autry said, “They sold my horse twice,” referring to the city’s recruitment of the Rams by using the Angels’ parking lot as an enticement.
