Authorities Identify Bicyclist Killed by Train

Authorities on Monday identified a man who was killed by a southbound train as 27-year-old Karey Foor of Ventura.
Foor was was struck about 12:45 p.m. Sunday near Emma Wood State Beach and died there, said Deputy Medical Examiner Mike Feiler.
Foor was attempting to repair his bike on the track. His back was to the freight train and he was wearing stereo headphones, Feiler said.
The man’s last-known address was at the Magnolia Trailer Park, and he previously lived in Oregon and Florida, Feiler said.
On Nov. 23, a farmer driving a tractor was killed and 12 Amtrak passengers were injured at an unmarked railroad crossing near Camarillo.
