IBM Shares Drop After Vow to Disclose More

IBM Corp. shares fell sharply for the second session in a row after IBM said it would provide more financial data to investors, raising questions about undisclosed gains and losses. IBM, which has been criticized for years for not providing more information with its quarterly earnings report, said it changed its policy to meet requests by investors and analysts.
IBM shares fell $3.35, or 3.26%, to close at $99.54 on the NYSE.
