Lesser of Two Evils

I read “N. Korea Admits Kidnappings” (Sept. 18) with a mixed feeling. Although my heart goes out to the victims’ families, what about the estimated 150,000 sex slaves, most of them abducted from Korea, during World War II? Worse yet, after more than 50 years, heartfelt apologies and compensation to the survivors are yet to come from the Japanese government. More evil than an “axis of evil” in this case?
