City Budget Will Allow Expanded Library Hours

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa offered a preview of his city budget to be released today and said it would include enough money to expand the hours at 24 city libraries.
If approved by the City Council, the budget would enable all 63 branch libraries in the city to be open every day but Sunday.
