Television producer Luke Neslage, whose credits include such reality series as “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has bought a home in historic Los Feliz for $1.396 million.
Set up from the street in the Franklin Hills neighborhood, the 1930s Spanish-style house is entered through a front courtyard lined in Saltillo tile.
Inside, recently renovated interiors blend vintage notes with a casual coastal sheen. Dark wood beams and hardwood floors provide a visual contrast to white-walled living spaces. Built-in cabinetry and French doors are among the other details.
An eat-in kitchen, with modern fixtures and a marble-stopped island, has doors that open to a balcony. An office/library, three bedrooms and two bathrooms also lie within the 2,400 square feet of living space.
Outdoors, a trellis-topped deck spans the length of the property and has living and alfresco dining areas. Raised garden beds and a small patch of lawn complete the hedged setting.
The house came to market in April for $1.395 million. It previously changed hands three years ago for $355,500, records show.
Paul Stukin of John Aaroe Group was the listing agent. Henry Dodge of Henry Dodge Properties, Inc. represented Neslage.
Neslage has production credits that include “Dancing with the Stars,” “Million Dollar Listing NY” and “The Real Housewives in Atlanta.” He also served as a director on the TLC series “The Little Couple.”
