How to have a happy hour with your dog, free cocktails and free Shake Shack

Healthy Spot, a pet supply store that boasts a farm-to-bowl pet food philosophy, and Shake Shack, the East Coast burger chain with a new location in West Hollywood, have teamed up to create a yappy hour. That’s dog-lover’s speak for happy hour with your dog.

At the Healthy Spot in West Hollywood from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, you can bring your dog, sip on free cocktails and eat free Shake Shack treats. Seriously.

Four-legged guests can mingle while you meet fellow dog owners over a Shackburger and Shake Shack custard.

And there will be plenty for your dog to eat too. Healthy Spot will provide dog owners with goody bags featuring Honest Kitchen treats.

Please drink responsibly, but no need to keep the yapping to a minimum.

As of now, the yappy hour is a one-time-deal. If this becomes a regular thing, we’ll let you know.

And if you can’t get enough Shake Shack, a location of the burger chain is scheduled to open in Glendale later this year, with another in downtown in 2017.
