Barry Stavro ranks the 30 teams. Last week’s ranking in parentheses, statistics are through Friday’s games:

1. GOLDEN STATE: Warriors keep rolling, their 24-2 record at home is the best in the league. (1)

2. MEMPHIS: Mike Conley, never an All-Star, is the one who keeps the Grizzlies’ offense humming. (3)

3. TORONTO: When DeMar DeRozan plays, the Raptors’ record is 25-8, when he sits, only 12-9. (7)

4. ATLANTA: Losing by 25 points at home to Toronto after the All-Star break is a worrisome sign. (2)

5. CLEVELAND: A 38-point rout in Washington was another statement game. Cavaliers are 15-2 since Jan. 13. (5)

6. CLIPPERS: DeAndre Jordan’s big month: averaging 17.0 points, 16.6 rebounds and 7.1 free-throw misses. (10)

7. PORTLAND: LaMarcus Aldridge’s numbers haven’t dipped any since he skipped thumb surgery to keep playing. (9)

13. OKLAHOMA CITY: Bench was upgraded at trade deadline, but Kevin Durant sits out another game with a sore foot. (14)

14. MILWAUKEE: New point guard Michael Carter-Williams should thrive under coach and ex-PG Jason Kidd. (13)

15. PHOENIX: Traded two guards and got a new one (Brandon Knight), leaving a coaching challenge for Jeff Hornacek. (15)

16. NEW ORLEANS: Anthony Davis returned to the lineup Friday, but their playoff hopes keep fading. (16)
