About 2,000 bicyclists are expected to celebrate Father’s Day today by riding in the annual Pig Out & Pedal fun ride starting at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim. Sandwiches, fruit, bottled water and cookies will be offered to the riders at various spots along routes of 20, 50 and 80 miles.
