War Victims

In response to “War Prisoner” (letter, Sept. 29):
I feel for those people who are victims of war. I feel for people who can’t distinguish between being held captive by an enemy nation and being held captive by your own country, and I pray that people understand this major difference so that history does not do a repeat.
