Live-aboard boaters who received citations for refusing to leave their Emory Cove anchorage earlier this year will stand trial Dec. 14, South Bay Municipal Judge Susan Finley ordered Wednesday.
Finlay also set an Oct. 30 hearing for arguments by boaters’ attorneys to dismiss the misdemeanor criminal charges.
