San Francisco’s Stanford Court Hotel has been sold, effective Jan. 5, to Stouffer Hotel Co., for an undisclosed price. The 402-room Stanford Court, rated five stars by the Mobil Travel Guide, was purchased from the Royal Stanford Hotel Co., a California limited partnership, the report said. The acquisition gives the Solon, Ohio-based company its second hotel property in California. The other is the 750-room Stouffer Concourse Hotel at Los Angeles International Airport.
