Wind Project Would Ruin Wildflowers
The hills above Gorman, where the wildflowers grow, are the most beautiful sight I see when I drive on Interstate 5 north of Los Angeles. I love the beautifully formed, flower-covered hills in the springtime. They are a California asset.
It will be ruined if wind generators and access service roads are built on the hills. I am opposed to destroying this area merely to make a profit from generating electricity for 40,000 homes.
We continue to destroy our California environment and its beauty in the name of population growth and the resulting profit to development companies.
Let’s not destroy the wildflower habitat above Gorman.
