The Great Milton

Thanks for remembering Milton Williams (“The King of Catering,” March 25). He was great! Those who knew him have their favorite Milton Williams story; mine is that he went out of his way to encourage a young man who showed an interest in catering. He didn’t have to, but he did, and I will always remember him for his encouragement and kindness.
