The City Council last week voted unanimously to waive rental fees of about $500 so that the Laguna Niguel Senior Citizens Club can hold its volunteer recognition event in a room at the Sea Country Senior & Community Center. The June 6 event falls outside the normal hours during which the club has free access to the center.
