* Kudos to the Mar Vista postal workers!
On my way to church on a Sunday morning before Christmas I dropped off some mail as well as my tithe and Christmas offering envelope at my corner mailbox.
First thing Monday, I called the post office about my goof. The worker who answered told me, “Not to worry, it’ll be sent to the proper place.” I thanked him and wished him a merry Christmas.
The following day I received a call from my pastor saying that among the church mail were my tithe and Christmas offering.
My public thanks go to the hard-working postal workers with a big heart! God bless them all!
