A free tour of the Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge will be offered Saturday to give the public a chance to see rare and endangered bird species, such as the snowy egret and the California brown pelican. The tour is given by the volunteer group Friends of the Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge is inside the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station; meet at 9 a.m. at the station’s main gate, 800 Seal Beach Blvd. Information: (562) 626-7215.
