** Jimmy Buffett, “Beach House on the Moon,” Island. On his 31st (!) album (in stores Tuesday), the ever-mellow king of the Parrotheads serves up more Caribbean-flavored, blues-informed, gently wry tunes with telling titles such as “I Will Play for Gumbo” and “I Don’t Know and I Don’t Care.” You wouldn’t care either if you were going to sell as many concert tickets as Buffett inevitably will this summer.
Albums are rated on a scale of one star (poor), two stars (fair), three stars (good) and four stars (excellent). The albums are already released unless otherwise noted.
