When your pet goes to the veterinarian or the kennel, let it travel in style, accompanied by its own “passport.” Four by five inches, this book has 32 pages for recording all your pet’s vital statistics: medical and vaccination history, personality profile, diet guidelines, “bathroom” habits. There are also pages for a description and photo ID and the owner’s and vet’s name and address. (It is also good to leave with the house sitter.)
